Refund Policy

Since breads, cakes and hot food are perishable goods and are made to order, we would not be able to provide any refunds. No refunds for wrong addresses, recipient unavailability and other causes beyond the control of us would not be entertained. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled at any given period of time.

Delivery Policy

1. As our product has restricted shelf life and is also subject to melting, we may call up the guest or the recipient you have chosen to gift, to check their availability at the address to receive it. No request by the customer of giving surprises to the recipient will be accepted.
2. We deliver all 365 days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays).
3. We only deliver to people located in Mumbai City.
4. Please use a regular street address with nearby land mark for faster delivery of food, breads & cakes.
5. All deliveries will be executed according to the given specific time of our slot. If a delivery is made outside the specified time frame, this does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
6. Orders must be made a day prior for the next day delivery.
7. For individual orders, following are the delivery slots for next day deliveries:
   1. 9 am to 12 pm
   2. 12 pm to 3 pm
   3. 3 pm to 6 pm
   4. 6pm to 9 pm
   5. 9 pm to 11 pm
