We use trans fat-free cream for all cakes and baked goods. For chocolate darlings, our ideal blends and exact elements for chocolate cakes, baked goods and sweets give a magnificent taste.
Star Anise produces high-end desserts, freshly baked breads, sandwiches & savories for various restaurants, banquet halls, embassies and other F&B avenues.
The company also operates “Star Anise Healthy Cafes & Bakery” at various corporate parks across Mumbai. The company operates from a 4000 square feet central kitchen in Kurla, with a team of well-trained professionals. Star Anise offers baking & pastry solutions with a modernistic yet simplistic approach.
Star Anise Fine Foods & Leisure Pvt. Ltd. (SAFFL), a B2B baking company was set up in April 2010 by Chef Anees Khan to primarily supply quality & whole some bakery, confectionary & kitchen solutions to restaurants, banquet halls and other F&B avenues. The main objective of setting up this company was to revive and preserve the elegance and sensation of age old baking, cake decorating and developing savouries with culinary techniques to achieve the height of quality and excellence. Our vision is to deliver the highest quality of bakery products, patisserie, baked goodies and snacks that not only looks fabulous but also delights the customer and make celebrations a moment to cherish. We have committed ourselves to tantalizing the pallet of world cuisine and coffee connoisseurs alike.
